Training Manager, WMS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement training sessions at various locations throughout the AMER region.

• Conduct online training sessions.

• Continually enhance training programs and materials.

• Coordinate the training schedule in collaboration with local sites.

• Offer support during go-live phases and provide on-site aftercare.

• Keep training materials updated with the latest revisions.

• Educate key users and end-users on established processes.

• Promote best practices and standardization among stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or a general education degree (GED) is required.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a project-based setting.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.

• A dynamic and engaging personality, capable of communicating effectively at both operational and management levels.

• Proficient in one or more Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

• Strong computer skills are necessary.
