• Lead a team of trainers, ensuring the quality of their training delivery and managing their training commitments.
• Assess the performance and competencies of trainers to guarantee they meet the necessary standards for providing training programs.
• Oversee the organization of training sessions.
• Manage significant training projects or initiatives.
• Cultivate and maintain key relationships with stakeholders.
• Create and assist in the development of training materials as needed.
• Evaluate the success of training programs and collect feedback for ongoing enhancement.
• Level 4 qualification in Financial Advice (mandatory).
• Management Experience: Demonstrated experience in overseeing or supervising individuals in a training or financial services environment, such as Training, Advisor, or Compliance teams.
• Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of financial services, including regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Training Delivery & Design: Experience in designing and delivering training programs within the financial services sector while adhering to agreed timelines.
• Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, capable of presenting complex information in a clear manner.
• Advice Process: Solid understanding of the advice process, compliance, and the interpersonal skills essential for a Financial Advisor.
• Technology Proficiency: Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, with experience using training design tools and methodologies.
• Analytical Skills: Capability to identify training needs and evaluate the success of training programs.
• Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects at once.
• Adaptability: Ability to modify training methods to accommodate various learning styles and environments.
• Attention to Detail: Careful in ensuring that training materials are accurate and thorough.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to establish relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Holiday: 182 hours (26 days).
