Training and Enablement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and implement the company's enablement strategy in line with business goals.

• Create scalable onboarding and ongoing education initiatives.

• Develop role-specific competency-based learning pathways.

• Oversee the annual enablement roadmap and curriculum management.

• Establish milestone assessments and readiness checkpoints.

• Evaluate time to productivity and the effectiveness of onboarding processes.

• Collaborate with commercial leaders on field coaching and development to identify skill gaps, formulate coaching strategies, conduct ride-alongs, facilitate role-playing sessions, provide reinforcement training, and assist with leadership coaching efforts.

• Create training curricula, learning pathways, and certification programs.

• Support continuous reinforcement of training through structured learning plans and field enablement activities.

• Ensure best practices are consistently adopted across the commercial organization.

• Act as a central coordination point among commercial, clinical, product, marketing, and operational teams.

• Develop repeatable playbooks for essential business processes.

• Foster organizational readiness for product launches and strategic initiatives.

• Clearly define roles, responsibilities, and workflows across stakeholders.

• Act as a key business owner for commercial technology platforms.

• Facilitate process optimization within technology platforms.

• Generate dashboards, reporting frameworks, and business insights to demonstrate effectiveness.

• Enhance data quality, governance, and reporting consistency across the organization.

• Assess and implement tools that enhance efficiency, collaboration, and scalability.

• Lead organizational change initiatives related to new processes, systems, and business strategies.

• Develop communication plans, adoption strategies, and stakeholder engagement methods to support change management.

• Measure the adoption and effectiveness of enablement and operational initiatives.

• Manage strategic projects from inception through execution and sustainability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Over 5 years of experience in commercial training, sales enablement, clinical education, or commercial operations.

• Background in medical devices, healthcare technology, or life sciences.

• Experience in developing adult learning programs.

• Exceptional presentation and facilitation abilities.

• Proven experience working collaboratively across commercial organizations.

• Superior written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in project management.
