This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Act as the main point of contact and a reliable leader for District Managers within the designated region.
• Supervise merchandising, brand ambassador, and field execution services.
• Develop strong relationships with field specialists, District Managers, store leadership, retailers, and client partners.
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, coach, and nurture the regional field management team.
• Oversee reporting on scheduling, staffing, field specialist performance, coaching activities, follow-up actions, and execution quality.
• Manage team training, onboarding processes, communication, and field execution.
• Prepare reports and assess performance against program objectives, metrics, timelines, and client expectations.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders and internal stakeholders to analyze reporting, monitor metrics, spot opportunities, and foster continuous improvement.
• Relay field issues, staffing challenges, performance discrepancies, representative fallout, and program obstacles to leadership, along with solution-oriented recommendations.
• Oversee regional expenses and ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and program guidelines.
• Operate from a home office while traveling as necessary to client/Mosaic headquarters, retailers, and field execution sites.
• Fulfill the physical demands associated with the role.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• A minimum of three years of management experience in retail, merchandising, training, field marketing, or a similar setting.
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience.
• Prior experience in supporting retail merchandising, retail operations, grocery, club, or big-box retail environments is highly preferred.
• Must have a designated home office space with broadband Internet access.
• Strong proficiency in computer skills, including internet use, email, reporting tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite, encompassing Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Proof of insurance and a written commitment to maintain personal vehicle insurance when a personal vehicle is necessary for business purposes.
• Capacity to plan, prioritize, and manage personnel, projects, and deadlines effectively.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving business requirements and fulfill client expectations.
• Strong skills in coaching, mentoring, training, and facilitation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to engage in weekly team conference calls.
• Readiness to conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with Team Leaders.
• Openness and ability to travel weekly or bi-weekly within the designated territory and potentially beyond as required.
