• Offer administrative support for the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Assist in scheduling classes and generating LMS reports
• Manage customer inquiries via Service Central Tickets and email
• Oversee data quality processes, including class closures
• Perform additional related tasks as assigned by team Leads
• Experience in administration or training coordination
• Preferred experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Intermediate skills in Excel, including Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, graphs, and tables
• Familiarity with the backend operations of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Understanding of standard concepts, practices, and procedures related to an LMS
• Experience in providing training administration utilizing an LMS
• Strong skills in time management, planning, and organization
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities
