
Trainer, Videographer – Level III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Prepare and modify training modules, artifacts, videos, and other materials to fulfill mission requirements.
• Conduct training sessions for personnel through formal classroom environments, virtual courses, workshops, and seminars.
• Develop, update, and maintain computer-based training materials, courses, and systems that support DHA and J-6 missions.
• Research, revise, and recommend effective training strategies and methodologies.
• Interview personnel to assist in training and provide guidance for training development.
• Conduct peer reviews of training content to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Manage participant feedback, data, and metrics to enhance the training program.
• Develop and maintain the J-6 Academy SharePoint site.
• Design, edit, and maintain audio and visual training modules on DHA SharePoint training portals.
• Transform raw clips and footage into polished videos.
• Utilize specialized software and editing tools to amalgamate content and incorporate graphics, effects, voice, sound effects, and music.
• Produce the Questions with Leadership video for the CLC biannually or as required.
• Execute other assigned tasks.
• A Bachelor’s degree along with six years of relevant experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must be eligible to obtain a Tier 1 (T1) Public Trust Clearance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in identifying and addressing client needs while engaging in client discussions and meetings.
• Ability to create concise and accurate documentation.
• In-depth knowledge of advanced concepts, processes, practices, and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products and associated applications.
• Capability to assess and mitigate potential risks in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
• Previous experience within DoD, Defense Health Agency, or Military Health System is preferred.
• ITIL 4 Foundations certification is desirable.
