📋 Description

• As an integral member of WBS TRAINING, you will passionately represent your field with insight and enthusiasm.

• Your primary objective as an instructor is to foster the competency development of course participants.

• In designing your lessons, you will serve both as a subject-matter expert and a learning companion — embracing Learning 4.0!

• This encompasses subject-specific instruction from the home office utilizing WBS LearnSpace 3D®.

• You will employ a variety of teaching methods to craft engaging lessons.

• Preparation and development of curriculum-aligned teaching materials will be part of your responsibilities.

• You will conduct assessments to evaluate competency growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A vocational qualification as an IT Specialist – System Integration (Fachinformatiker:in Systemintegration) or an equivalent qualification.

• A minimum of 5 years of verifiable professional experience.

• Professional background in configuring and managing MS Servers.

• Familiarity with virtualization (HyperView) and Linux is advantageous.

• A keen interest in AI and ChatGPT, with the capability to effectively incorporate them into teaching.

• Experience in roles such as trainer, lecturer, instructor, or teacher is beneficial.

• Evidence of pedagogical competence (e.g., trainer certificate according to AEVO).

• Methodological and didactic abilities for effectively conveying instructional content.

• A self-directed, organized work style with a high degree of personal accountability.

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for teamwork.
