Instructor/Trainer – IT Specialist System Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• IT training covering a range of topics including an introduction to network technology (network topologies, network components, networking devices such as switches and routers, protocols, and OSI model layers).

• Configuration of IT workstations (including both hardware and software).

• Overview of current server and client operating systems (Windows, Linux).

• Fundamentals of server operations.

• Insights into virtualization and cloud computing.

• Introduction to PowerShell.

• Emphasis on data protection (GDPR) and data security principles.

• Education on IT security, including types of attacks, firewalls, DMZ, encryption, VPN, and antivirus/removal strategies.

• Preparation for examinations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior teaching experience in adult education, ideally within publicly funded training programs (proof required).

• Possession of an IHK trainer qualification (AEVO) or a commitment to obtain it.

• Completion of IT vocational training or a degree in computer science, or an equivalent qualification.

• Current vendor certifications such as Microsoft Azure (AZ-104), Linux Essentials/LPIC-1, or CompTIA certifications are advantageous.

• A commitment to ongoing professional development.
