Trainer – Instructor for IT Specialist (System Integration) Retraining

• As a member of WBS TRAINING, you embody your subject area with enthusiasm and foresight.

• Your primary objective as an instructor is to enhance the competencies of participants.

• In designing your lessons, you serve both as a source of knowledge and a supportive learning coach — embracing Learning 4.0!

• This role involves delivering subject-specific instruction from the home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D®.

• You will employ various teaching methods to effectively structure your lessons.

• You are responsible for preparing and designing lesson-related learning materials in accordance with the curriculum.

• You will conduct assessments to evaluate competency growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Vocational qualification as an IT Specialist (System Integration) or a comparable qualification.

• A minimum of 5 years of verifiable professional experience.

• Proficient in configuring and managing Microsoft Server environments.

• Familiarity with virtualization (HyperView) and Linux (preferred).

• A keen interest in AI and ChatGPT, with the ability to effectively incorporate them into your teaching.

• Experience as a trainer, lecturer, instructor, or teacher is advantageous.

• Evidence of pedagogical suitability (e.g., training certificate in accordance with AEVO).

• Strong instructional and didactic abilities in delivering course content.

• A self-directed, organized working style with a high level of personal accountability.

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for teamwork.
