This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate existing training programs for a variety of managerial groups.

• Address the growing demand for training by developing packages tailored to client requirements.

• Collaborate on updating curricula and designing products aimed at professional growth.

• Interact with potential clients to promote training services.

• Evaluate the impact of training and gather insights to enhance services.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a senior leader with substantial management experience in educational organizations or school systems (e.g., assistant superintendent, principal manager, executive director, member of the C-suite).

• Extensive understanding of equitable management practices.

• Proficiency in teaching in both virtual and in-person settings.

• Capability to apply knowledge to address participants’ management challenges.

• Established ability to foster trust with nonprofit organizations and their leaders.

• Experience in creating supportive learning environments for participants.

• Skill in recognizing equity and inclusion implications through an intersectional perspective.

• Commitment to engaging as a dedicated team member by embodying core values.
