• In the role of Trainer - Education Consultant, you will quickly adapt to a significantly revised delivery model that directly links training to active implementation milestones, starting from kickoff through to hypercare.
• You will shift from creating content in isolation to engaging in active customer projects, ensuring that each training session is customized to reflect real-world scenarios and evolving customer priorities.
• You’ll be instrumental in driving measurable outcomes by managing a regular schedule of customer training and creating hands-on, scenario-based programs that mirror actual customer workflows.
• Your responsibilities will include close collaboration with Solution Delivery and Customer Success teams to identify training deficiencies and offer proactive solutions that promote long-term adoption.
• By adopting a consulting mindset in every interaction, you’ll listen to customer requirements and transform them into effective learning experiences that enhance possibilities for our users.
• Training Delivery & Facilitation
• Provide live Instructor Led Training (ILT) and Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT) utilizing hands-on, scenario-based exercises tailored to both end-user and admin-level audiences, adjusting facilitation pace and methodology in real-time based on learner engagement and understanding.
• Assist participants during live exercises and uncertain situations, maintaining focus on learning goals and making informed decisions when priorities or conditions shift during engagement.
• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions that prepare customer-side trainers to deliver material independently, including instruction in multiple languages to support a global customer audience.
• Implement adult learning principles and a learner-centered approach to create and deliver experiences that focus on genuine skill transfer rather than merely content coverage.
• Exhibit intellectual curiosity and a dedication to continuous improvement, developing expertise in both the platform and educational practices while demonstrating resilience in ambiguous conditions or shifting priorities.
• Instructional Content Development
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex workflows into practical, scenario-based learning activities, which include live exercises, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, job aids, and workflow videos.
• Create training content in various languages and develop repeatable facilitation guides and activity banks that can be reused or tailored across customer engagements.
• Advise on learning context and audience, designing materials that clearly differentiate between live, exercise-based delivery and self-paced learning, ensuring each format serves its intended objective.
• Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders after delivery to iterate on content quality, relevance, and overall program effectiveness.
• Monitor content performance and learner outcomes to identify trends, highlight improvement opportunities, and guide ongoing program development.
• Technical Aptitude & SaaS Platform Fluency
• Navigate and demonstrate SaaS platforms confidently in live environments, including troubleshooting unexpected software behavior and explaining admin concepts such as user permissions, object configuration, and workflow rules within a training context.
• Leverage a solid understanding of Salesforce-based platforms or similar technical backgrounds to accurately address configuration-level questions and support learners through intricate workflows.
• Utilize a Learning Management System (LMS) to implement, organize, and track learner progress, interpreting data and metrics to highlight adoption trends and suggest targeted interventions.
• Operate effectively within structured implementation methodologies, delivering training during critical project phases such as User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management
• Tailor communication depth and tone for various audiences, from executive sponsors to field technicians, confidently representing the education function in customer-facing project discussions.
• Manage a pipeline of simultaneous training engagements independently, proactively communicating when timelines are at risk and coordinating across teams with Solution Delivery and Customer Success without introducing unnecessary overhead.
• Recognize the limits of educational scope, clearly advocate when requests exceed these boundaries, and escalate appropriately instead of absorbing unchecked scope.
• Demonstrate professional bilingual proficiency in French, German, Italian, or Spanish in a work environment.
