• Deliver comprehensive training programs for both new hires and existing employees, encompassing onboarding and ongoing learning initiatives.
• Offer coaching and support to individuals and groups to tackle process-related challenges, showcasing patience and a strong dedication to learner success.
• Conduct engaging training sessions on both new and existing processes, systems, and updates, customized for diverse audiences with varying learning preferences.
• Assist both OAW and DAN business models with flexible and adaptive training strategies in a dynamic environment.
• Create training materials or work closely with the Senior Billing Agent team, who typically spearhead training development. This may involve collaboration with other stakeholders and delivering billing content.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on billing processes and contribute to related projects.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, utilizing strong communication skills and emotional intelligence to foster positive working relationships.
• Exhibit leadership by coaching, mentoring, and supporting the growth of both individuals and teams.
• College diploma in a relevant field.
• A minimum of three years of pertinent experience.
• Previous experience as a Billing Agent.
• Familiarity with billing processes and training delivery.
• Experience in facilitating and conducting training sessions.
• Background in coaching and supporting employee development.
• Completion of a Train-the-Trainer certification or an equivalent program.
• Proficiency in French is necessary for positions located in Quebec.
• Expert level proficiency in English due to the nature of the responsibilities or work tools, or because the role involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members, and/or clients.
• Extensive knowledge of billing inquiries for both The Personal/OAW and the Desjardins Agent Network (DAN).
