Trainer – Accounting, Cost and Performance Accounting, Investment & Financing, Controlling

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Delivering lessons through MS Teams

• Instructing on subjects related to accounting, cost and performance accounting, investment & financing, and controlling

• Crafting engaging online lessons utilizing modern, student-focused teaching techniques

• Preparing and developing course materials in accordance with the IHK framework plan

• Designing practice-oriented exercises

• Focused preparation for the IHK examination

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed commercial vocational qualification or a degree (e.g., Wirtschaftsfachwirt, Industriefachwirt, Business Administration or an equivalent qualification)

• Several years of professional experience in at least two of the following fields: Accounting; Cost and Performance Accounting; Investment and Financing; Controlling

• A pedagogical qualification (e.g., AEVO, trainer certification, Meisterprüfung) or a minimum of one year of teaching experience in adult education

• Experience in advanced vocational training and involvement in IHK examination committees is a plus

• Didactic skills and a passion for digital teaching

• Excellent communication abilities, reliability, and a methodical approach to work

• Technical proficiency, especially with MS Teams and digital tools
