Trainee Technical Support Manager

📋 Description

• Assist Technical Support Managers with their daily tasks, technical inquiries, and project-related activities.

• Offer essential support to the Technical Office to cultivate a robust understanding of product and system fundamentals.

• Collaborate effectively across teams and work independently to achieve business goals.

• Contribute to the Training Academy.

• Enhance knowledge of architectural and structural engineering drawings.

• Acquire familiarity with BS8102:2022 and obtain CSSW certification.

• Gain insights into BS8485:2019+A1:2019 and participate in the PCA course for ground gas protection.

• Learn about BR211:2023 and take part in the Radon Council Course.

• Attain comprehensive knowledge of DPC guidelines and enroll in related courses.

• Achieve a thorough understanding of NHBC guidelines pertinent to our areas of expertise.

• Develop a complete understanding of building regulations relevant to our fields of expertise.

• Previous experience in the construction field or a related sector is preferred.

• A keen interest in pursuing a technical and commercial career path.

• Openness to pursuing professional qualifications and external training opportunities.

• Basic knowledge of construction drawings or a willingness to learn.

• Commercial awareness or an interest in enhancing business acumen.

• A valid UK driving licence.
