This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Integration, development, and enhancement of relevant social media marketing skills as part of our 18-month trainee program, which includes four development phases and a clear goal: transition to a permanent position.
• Assistance in managing our B2B and B2B2C clients in collaboration with our team and project leads.
• Contribution to cross-channel social media strategies and their execution in close cooperation with colleagues and clients.
• Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams from creative, paid media, consulting, and management – hands-on and always at eye level.
• Support in client consulting, idea generation, content planning, content creation, advertising, community management, reporting, and more.
• Learn professional multi-project management, utilization of modern tools (especially AI), and gradual development.
• Completed degree (Bachelor or Master), ideally with a focus on marketing.
• Initial relevant professional experience related to social media (e.g., through internships, working student positions, self-employment, etc.).
• Fundamental knowledge and understanding of major social media platforms, their operational logics, and trends.
• Ability to work independently, strong organizational skills, and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Excellent German language skills and at least good proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Motivation, initiative, strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, and a sense of humor.
