Traffic Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily marketing project workflows, delegate tasks, and communicate project details and expectations to the Marcom team.

• Liaise with Relationship or Marketing Managers regarding deadlines and priorities to gather necessary project information.

• Identify potential risks to deadlines and implement corrective measures.

• Monitor workloads and assignments to ensure adequate and balanced staffing levels.

• Track project progress, route materials for review and approval, and manage the opening and closing of projects.

• Oversee agency and creative-services contributions within the asset management system and support asset distribution, new team member training, and user management.

• Administer projects and timelines while reinforcing the appropriate Marcom processes and workflows.

• Collaborate with Marcom production and deployment teams, as well as Traffic Manager II, to set milestones, timelines, and schedules.

• Ensure that deliverables adhere to deadlines and meet brand standards.

• Carry out other assigned responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a relevant combination of education and experience.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under tight deadlines.

• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently.

• Effective and courteous communication skills with co-workers and internal clients.

• Proficient in project management and content management tools, preferably WorkFront.

• Minimum of two years of project management experience.

• Must live within a 90-minute driving distance from the work location.

• Availability Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, including occasional meetings at HQ.
