Traffic Engineer – Data Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist with various phases of traffic and transportation analysis and design for data center projects throughout the United States.

• Gather, review, and assess traffic and transportation data to analyze roadway performance, site accessibility, and traffic effects.

• Develop technical reports, visual aids, and recommendations that support project planning, permitting, and design initiatives.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and facilitate client and agency coordination during project execution.

• Implement traffic engineering principles, adhere to company standards, and apply industry best practices while contributing to multiple projects and adhering to deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

• Engineer In Training (EIT) certification is mandatory.

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in traffic or transportation engineering.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capacity to effectively collaborate in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience in traffic impact studies, traffic operations analysis, or transportation planning projects is advantageous.

• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Synchro, SimTraffic, HCS, VISSIM, or similar traffic analysis software is a plus.

• Experience with large-scale site development, industrial, mission-critical, or data center projects is beneficial.
