Trading Compliance Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Ensure that Trading regulatory requirements are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the evolving gaming regulations across various jurisdictions.

• Collaborate with the Trading Operations Team to relay new and revised regulatory requirements that affect emerging wagering markets.

• Act as a subject matter expert on trading compliance issues, offering guidance and assistance to stakeholders throughout the organization.

• Design and enhance processes for monitoring regulatory requirements, internal controls, and configurations of trading systems.

• Establish and nurture productive relationships with gaming regulators to obtain approvals for new sports wagering products.

• Work alongside the Legal Team to assist with jurisdiction launches, regulatory submissions, and reviews of customer-facing content.

• Identify compliance risks and propose solutions that promote operational efficiency while adhering to regulatory commitments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a compliance, audit, risk management, or regulatory-focused position.

• Experience in reviewing legal, regulatory, or compliance documents and collaborating with legal or regulatory stakeholders.

• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and investigative abilities to assess complex regulatory requirements.

• Familiarity with the gaming industry, sports wagering, or experience in a regulated environment.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the capability to convey complex information to diverse audiences clearly.

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
