Regulatory Gaming Compliance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Lead activities related to regulatory engagement, including addressing inquiries, requests, examinations, and audits from regulators.

• Oversee and coordinate both recurring and ad hoc regulatory reporting across various jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency.

• Analyze regulatory requirements and convert them into clear, actionable guidelines for internal stakeholders.

• Act as a primary point of contact for regulatory issues, collaborating with Legal, Compliance, Product, Analytics, and Operations to ensure alignment with regulatory and risk management standards.

• Assist in new market and product launches by evaluating regulatory requirements and ensuring operational readiness.

• Keep track of regulatory developments across jurisdictions and evaluate their implications for compliance policies, operational processes, and product features.

• Lead enhancements to regulatory reporting processes, controls, and documentation to improve scalability and efficiency.

• Cultivate relationships with regulatory bodies and assist with external engagements as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a pertinent field; an advanced degree is an advantage.

• Over 5 years of experience in regulatory, compliance, legal, or a related area within a heavily regulated industry.

• Proven track record in interpreting regulatory requirements and applying them to operational processes and controls.

• Experience overseeing regulatory reporting across diverse jurisdictions or regulatory bodies.

• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and deadlines independently.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience interacting directly with regulators and senior stakeholders.

• Prior experience in gaming, sports betting, iGaming, or a similarly regulated field is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in data, reporting tools, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Excel, JIRA, Confluence, Slack).
