Trade Compliance Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Execute thorough post-entry audits on submitted import entries to guarantee complete IEEPA compliance.

• Carry out comprehensive entry validation.

• Verify the accuracy of IEEPA duty calculations and payments at the entry summary level.

• Prepare and submit Post Summary Corrections (PSC) and protests through CAPE based on audit results.

• Manage a centralized tracker for tariff recovery.

• Reconcile filed duties, adjusted duties, and amounts recovered.

• Maintain comprehensive audit documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience in import compliance, particularly in post-entry audits and tariff recovery.

• Proficiency in customs valuation, country of origin determinations, Chapter 99, and IEEPA tariff applications.

• Familiarity with the CAPE system and post-entry processes.

• Strong analytical abilities and documentation skills.
