📋 Description

• Assisting in the execution and support of essential components of Marvell's global export compliance program.

• Aiding in the classification of products, software, and technology in accordance with relevant U.S. and international export and customs regulations.

• Managing the daily operations of the visitor policy.

• Overseeing the deemed export system.

• Supporting efforts related to trade due diligence.

• Maintaining compliance processes, including training, audits, and self-assessment programs.

• Assisting with the implementation of program enhancements as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, supply chain management, logistics, engineering, or a related discipline.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in trade compliance, specifically in export and classification compliance issues.

• Proven experience in applying U.S. and other relevant trade regulations to business operations, R&D activities, and technical data.

• Familiarity with export control classification under the EAR (including ECCN determination) and HS/HTS classification for customs purposes.

• Understanding of the semiconductor industry, particularly regarding encryption products under EAR Category 5 Part 2 and Category 3.

• Experience in preparing CCATS requests and/or export license applications.

• Knowledge of global trade automation solutions for classification, screening, and reporting (e.g., GTM).

• Capability to follow, develop, and document processes and procedures effectively.

• Strong independent judgment, critical thinking skills, and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and technical teams.

• Familiarity with AI tools and/or a willingness to learn to use AI tools to assist in trade compliance activities.

• Fluency in English; a team-oriented and client-focused mindset.
