This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +4 more states.
• Directs the sales initiatives for the Trackman Range within the designated territory.
• Personally secures Trackman Range agreements with major golf driving ranges and facilities.
• Manages the entire sales process, including lead generation, product demonstrations, contract negotiations, installation coordination, marketing support during the launch phase, performance evaluation, and gathering customer insights.
• Possesses a deep understanding of the industry landscape, key stakeholders, and market dynamics to uncover partnership possibilities.
• Continuously enhances Trackman’s sales strategy by developing a robust reference list, persuasive case studies, and strong ROI presentations.
• Collaborates with the Trackman sales team to pinpoint the most promising leads.
• Achieves the sales targets set annually.
• Offers well-structured and insightful market feedback to the Trackman Range Product Owner and HQ development teams.
• Prepares comprehensive reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing key sales data, ensuring that the CRM system accurately depicts the opportunity pipeline.
• Significant business-to-business sales experience at the executive level (2+ years).
• Proven capability to identify business opportunities and convert them into successful outcomes.
• Competence in analyzing challenges and proposing well-considered solutions.
• Possesses both operational/hands-on and strategic thinking abilities.
• Strong grasp of essential business and finance concepts, including ROI, IRR, cost of capital, discounted cash flows, and more.
• Exhibits strong ambitions for growth and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Works autonomously while also being a collaborative team player, providing feedback and assistance when needed.
• Reliable, charismatic, quick-witted, and determined.
• Maintains a positive and independent attitude with high energy and a willingness to go above and beyond.
• Engaged in sports with a passion for golf.
• PGA / LPGA Golf Professional status is preferred.
• Exceptional presentation and communication abilities.
