Tracking Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support senior consultants in customer discovery sessions by documenting workflows, challenges, and requirements.

• Acquire knowledge of the Tracking+ platform, aviation maintenance practices, and implementation methods through hands-on project experience.

• Observe consultants during solution design discussions, demonstrations, and customer walkthroughs.

• Assist with configuration tasks under the supervision of senior consultants.

• Aid in the preparation of training materials, documentation, and resources for customers.

• Provide support for basic troubleshooting, data validation, and reporting tasks.

• Engage in solution validation sessions by helping to set up demonstrations, prototypes, or test scenarios.

• Document discrepancies between customer requirements and product capabilities for consultant evaluation.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the accurate flow of information and timely project delivery.

• Assist in conducting training sessions or Q&A workshops as your product knowledge expands.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in aviation operations, maintenance, engineering, logistics, quality, or related areas.

• Familiarity with software tools or technical systems utilized in aviation settings.

• Basic SQL proficiency or a willingness to learn.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively and excel in team settings.

• A sense of curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to progress into a consultant-level position.

• Experience with SaaS or cloud-based systems (Preferred).

• BA/BS degree in a technical, aviation, or related field (Preferred).

• Understanding of aviation regulatory bodies (FAA, EASA, etc.) (Preferred).

• Interest in project management or business analysis (Preferred).

• Experience in data manipulation or reporting (Preferred).
