Trabajades de Casa / Asesor Comercial, Call Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Reach out to full Claro clients to offer them the renewal of equipment along with an upgrade in home service.

• Work from Monday to Saturday, with Sundays off.

• Participate in paid training from Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

⛳️ Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Minimum of 3 months experience in CALL CENTER, ATC, or SALES.

• Positions available in Lima and provinces.

• Must have a PC or Laptop.

• Operating System: Windows 10.

• Processor: Core i3 of 5th generation or equivalent and above.

• Minimum 8GB RAM.

• Wired Internet with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.

• USB headset required.

• Camera must be on during training (mandatory).

• Availability to work from Monday to Saturday.

• Education: Junior High School.
