Asesor(a) de Ventas Call Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Conduct calls to interested clients from other companies.

• Present ENTEL's services, including portability.

• Manage the public click-to-call sales process.

• Participate in 12 days of paid remote training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education.

• Availability to work 100% remotely.

• Intel Core i3 processor or higher, from 6th generation onwards, or Ryzen 3/AMD 8 or higher.

• Wired internet connection of 50 Mbps.

• 8 GB RAM.

• Solid-state drive (SSD).

• Headset and webcam.

• Experience in call center sales.

• Availability to work Monday to Sunday, 8-hour shifts plus breaks, with rotating days off.

• Willingness to work PM shifts (12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.) or mixed shifts (8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.).

• Sales skills.

• Persuasion ability.

• Good verbal communication.

• Active listening skills.
