This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Address medical information inquiries, product quality complaints, and general questions via telephone, email, fax, and other communication channels.
• Receive, document, and report Adverse Drug Reactions in accordance with regulatory and internal WI/SOP timelines.
• Implement drug safety data management processes, including call intake, documentation of call dialogues, peer review, and case follow-up.
• Monitor information and metrics, conduct ongoing quality control of established process steps, assist with training, and reconcile data from various sources.
• Take responsibility for the accuracy of processed data.
• Carry out additional tasks as required or assigned.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Science, Medical Science, or a related field, along with 1–2 years of safety experience.
• BS/BA degree coupled with 1–2 years of safety experience.
• MA/MS/PharmD degree with 1–2 years of safety experience.
• Associate degree with 3–4 years of relevant experience, or 2 years of safety experience.
• Non-degree candidates with 4–5 years of relevant experience, or 2 years of safety experience.
• Equivalent relevant experience may be accepted in place of educational qualifications.
• Experience in safety processing AE/SAE reports, creating narratives and queries, working with safety databases, and managing regulatory submissions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle both incoming and outgoing calls effectively.
• Capability to analyze and synthesize medical information.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements, pharmacovigilance practices, and ICH GCP guidelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with moderate supervision.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without the need for employer-sponsored work permits.
• Availability required between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.
• Consistent and regular attendance is essential.
