Towing and Roadside Assistance Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for customers requiring roadside assistance.

• Ensure prompt and effective coordination of services.

• Address customer inquiries and deliver practical solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in customer service, ideally in a BPO environment; experience in towing and roadside assistance is a plus.

• We are particularly seeking applicants from Colombia, Pakistan, Venezuela, and Honduras.

• Exceptional communication and active listening abilities.

• Capacity to multitask and perform effectively in a dynamic, high-pressure setting.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Reliable internet access and a quiet, distraction-free home office.

• Proficient in computer usage, VoIP systems, and web-based applications.

• Openness to working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Self-driven, trustworthy, and capable of working with minimal supervision.

• Good proficiency in both written and spoken English.

• Must possess a functional PC or laptop with an updated operating system and a working headset.
