Dispatch Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee and address delayed or unsuccessful deliveries, taking swift action and communicating with relevant stakeholders.

• Collaborate with delivery drivers and third-party logistics partners through company portals and internal dashboards.

• Utilize HubSpot, Slack, email, and phone to coordinate and follow up on delivery-related issues.

• Recognize systemic challenges in delivery operations and escalate them to the appropriate teams.

• Keep thorough records of dispatch activities, evidence collection, and the resolution of issues.

• Share insights and action items with team members and departments to enhance delivery processes.

• Offer real-time support primarily during peak lunch and dinner shifts as well as high-demand periods.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in dispatch or logistics coordination is highly desirable, particularly in fast-paced food delivery settings.

• Competence with delivery company portals, internal dashboards, HubSpot, and Slack.

• Ability to foresee and proactively address delayed or failed deliveries.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• A dedicated home office equipped with reliable high-speed internet and required technology.

• Strong attention to detail for documenting and analyzing delivery-related issues.

• Personal computer or laptop with up-to-date software.

• Keyboard, mouse, functioning webcam, and headset with a microphone.

• Primary 24” monitor; an additional 24” monitor is preferred.
