E-Learning Quality Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee, enhance, and document quality assurance procedures for e-learning materials

• Perform quality assessments and release evaluations

• Ensure adherence to established standards

• Maintain and continuously refine Articulate Storyline templates

• Create new templates that align with quality and design criteria

• Provide guidance and assistance to instructional designers and subject matter experts regarding quality-related concerns

• Analyze quality metrics, effort data, and other pertinent information

• Recognize improvement opportunities and formulate optimization strategies

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed degree or equivalent qualification in Quality Management, Learning & Development, Adult Education, Media Production, or Process Management

• Advanced skills in Articulate Storyline

• Strong understanding of quality management and assurance principles

• Experience in defining, implementing, and enhancing standards and processes

• Comprehensive knowledge of e-learning methodologies, pedagogy, and learning-objective-oriented content design

• Analytical ability to assess KPIs and develop improvement strategies

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Familiarity with the healthcare sector, hospital information systems (e.g., ORBIS), or software training is advantageous

• Strong attention to quality with high standards for accuracy and consistency

• Excellent communication skills with the capability to give constructive feedback

• High degree of initiative and sense of accountability
