Tour Leader – Language Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer service and travel guidance – whether sharing stories around a campfire, leading a hike to breathtaking views, or preparing a delightful meal, you will create unforgettable experiences for our travellers.

• Ensure the safety and welfare of your travellers, assisting in challenging situations while maintaining composure and professionalism.

• Host, guide, and implement tours within budget, adhering to the itinerary and fulfilling your administrative responsibilities.

• Exhibit a genuine passion for travel and convey your enthusiasm to our customers. Throughout the journey, you will embody our core values of Real, Together, Ambitious, and Impactful.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in one or more languages, including French, German, or Italian.

• Previous experience in a physically demanding role in a remote environment, preferably as a tour guide in Australia.

• Strong customer service background and the ability to establish rapport with a diverse range of travellers.

• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

• Full eligibility to work in Australia.

• Possess or be willing to obtain a public passenger vehicle license and a Medium Rigid Driver’s License, along with a Remote First Aid and CPR certification before starting with us.

• Experience in manual driving of large vehicles is preferred.
