This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure traveller satisfaction consistently.

• Provide guidance and leadership for our travellers, taking responsibility for their well-being.

• Continuously enhance your understanding of the countries visited, including their culture, religion, current events, and environment.

• Possess in-depth knowledge of hotels, attractions, dining options, transportation, souvenirs, pricing, and more.

• Maintain a current passport and visa.

• Keep vaccinations and preventive medications updated.

• Serve as the daily guide, interpreter, and group manager.

• Address traveller issues and concerns directly, ensuring effective passenger satisfaction.

• Prior experience living, travelling, studying, or working abroad.

• Strong command of the English language.

• Demonstrated resourcefulness.

• Awareness and commitment to Sustainable Tourism.

• Good health and a high energy level.

• First Aid/CPR Certification.

• Background in basic accounting and budgeting.

• Proficient in computer usage.

• Willingness to travel across Europe.
