Tour Leader – CEO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Serve as the daily guide, interpreter, and manager for the group.

• Provide a high standard of customer service and ensure traveller satisfaction.

• Take responsibility for the well-being of travellers.

• Stay informed about travel restrictions pertaining to nationality.

• Keep vaccination records and preventive medication updated.

• Offer advice to travellers on appropriate options during their journey.

• Handle reservations for lodging, transportation, and activities.

• Train new Leaders as necessary.

• Assist regional offices when required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a certified Egyptologist with an Egyptology Degree or possess a valid Guiding License.

• Previous experience living, travelling, studying, or working abroad is essential.

• Proficiency in English is mandatory.

• Language skills specific to the region are highly valued.

• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities are required.

• Must demonstrate resourcefulness in unpredictable and stressful situations.

• Commitment to environmentally and culturally responsible tourism is crucial.

• Good health and a high energy level are necessary.

• First Aid/CPR Certification must be obtained before the start of the contract.

• Background in basic accounting or budgeting is a plus.

• Proficiency in computer skills is essential (Internet, Email, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel).
