This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Role as a Tour Leader

• Guide small groups of customers (4-12 people) on a 2-3 week tour across Japan, serving as a host and representative of our company.

• Provide clear explanations about the places visited

• Share the charm and background of each location, conveying your passion for Japan.

• Customer interaction

• Act as the first point of contact for any issues that arise during the tour.

• Safety management and smooth tour operations

• Ensure customer safety and facilitate a seamless tour experience.

• Quality assurance of services

• Verify that services provided by partners meet our standards for quality, safety, and sustainability.

• Sharing enjoyment

• Enjoy the journey with French-speaking customers and share in their joy.

• Passion for conveying the魅力 of Japanese culture and people

• Advanced communication skills in French

• Strong Japanese language ability to support tour operations and coordination

• Broad knowledge ranging from Japanese history and traditions to modern lifestyle and current affairs
