This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Act as the PURAVENTURA host, providing daily guidance, interpretation, and management for a group of senior travelers (small group size of 6-12 individuals) during a 2-3 week trip across the country.
• Lead our travelers while ensuring their well-being, safety, and the smooth operation of the tour.
• Adhere to the planned travel itinerary as closely as possible, making adjustments only when necessary.
• Remain composed in stressful situations, follow protocols during exceptional circumstances, and offer adaptable solutions independently.
• Ensure that the services provided by our partners align with our quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
• Monitor daily expenses, save receipts, and keep costs within the designated trip budget.
• View our clients as more than just customers; treat them like friends and strive to make their experience with us unforgettable.
• Enjoy having a good time and sharing experiences with people from French-speaking countries.
• Proficient in English (C2 level) for effective communication with clients, and fluent in Spanish.
• Possess the necessary permissions to work and guide in Mexico.
• Hold a First Aid Certification (including CPR and Heimlich maneuver).
• Have extensive knowledge of Mexico as a travel destination, with a passion for showcasing it.
• Demonstrate an interest in sustainable, local, and authentic travel experiences.
• Be engaging, reliable, and well-organized.
• Maintain good health, high energy levels, and a positive attitude, capable of managing the mental and physical demands of long, exhausting days.
• Be the friendly, cheerful, and supportive representative of PURAVENTURA.
• Have practical experience using the internet, email, and Google platforms, along with a smartphone capable of running Android 14 or above, or iOS 13 or above.
