This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

• Leading informative and engaging tours that showcase the distinctive aspects of the destination.

• Offering guests insights into the local culture, history, and traditions to ensure an enriching experience.

• Customizing tours to meet the interests and preferences of various group sizes and demographics.

• Prioritizing guest safety and comfort during excursions while delivering outstanding customer service consistently.

• Building and nurturing relationships with local suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

• Preparing essential materials, such as brochures or presentations, to enhance the overall tour experience.

• Collecting and sharing guest feedback to aid in the ongoing improvement of our tours and services.

• Proficient in both English and French.

• Valid driving license (for driving a van).

• Previous experience as a tour guide or in a related position within the hospitality or tourism industry.

• Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, capable of engaging diverse audiences.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the local area, including its history, culture, and attractions.

• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage different groups effectively.

• A genuine passion for travel and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.

• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
