• Oversees the processing of invoices for the Total Rewards team and manages claims payments for specified benefit plans.
• Collaborates with vendors to address discrepancies in invoice processing.
• Aids the Total Rewards Partner in conducting benefit plan audits to verify the accuracy of premium and enrollment data.
• Provides assistance to retirees and former staff with general inquiries regarding their medical, life insurance, pension, and 401(k) benefits.
• Processes life insurance claims for both active employees and retirees.
• Supports administrative tasks during the annual open enrollment period.
• Addresses employee inquiries by returning phone calls and managing communications via the benefits inbox and Slack.
• Facilitates the coordination of information necessary for annual retirement plan audits.
• Manages routine data entry for recipients into the recognition platform and keeps Senior leadership reports up to date using real-time data.
• Ensures timely submission of gifts for claims.
• Aids in maintaining and updating the gift stores within the recognition platform.
• Administers and coordinates the annual awards program.
• Conducts research to enhance existing reward programs and develop new initiatives.
• Produces quarterly reports for the executive team detailing the utilization of all rewards.
• Offers support in managing the compensation tool platform.
• Assists the director in conducting and managing compensation surveys.
• Participates in the annual merit and promotion process by creating editable worksheets for staff and uploading merit data into the HRMS platform.
• Processes regular stipends associated with compensation components.
• Under the director's guidance, routinely audits and updates compensation fields in the HR database.
• Enhances and maintains the Standard Operating Procedure guide for the Total Rewards team.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 3 years of experience in Total Rewards or HR.
• Strong attention to detail coupled with exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• A proactive individual capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously, while also able to function effectively as part of a team.
• Familiarity with HRIS functionalities.
• Ability to uphold confidentiality at all times.
