This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Take ownership of and continually enhance SIXT’s total rewards strategy.
• Develop and refine SIXT’s Employee Value Proposition.
• Create and optimize compensation frameworks, salary tiers, and incentive programs.
• Oversee the annual compensation cycle, including merit increases, bonuses, and salary reviews.
• Perform market benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
• Lead organization-wide benefits initiatives.
• Manage benefits vendors, handle renewals, and focus on cost optimization.
• Collaborate with Compliance on Leave of Absence benefits and administration.
• Provide company-wide education on Leave of Absence policies.
• Work alongside HR and Finance to advance the total rewards strategy.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, pay transparency regulations, and internal governance standards.
• Convert business objectives into competitive, engaging, and compliant rewards programs.
• Counsel and influence senior leadership while supporting decision-making with clear data insights.
• Over 8 years of experience in total rewards.
• Extensive knowledge in compensation design, incentive programs, and benefits strategy within complex or rapidly growing organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Advanced skills in compensation benchmarking.
• Familiarity with job architecture and market pricing tools.
• Competence in HRIS platforms and data analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and simplify complex data into clear insights.
• Capacity to drive decision-making processes.
• Highly accountable and results-oriented.
• Proactive and reliable work ethic.
• Advanced degrees or certifications such as CCP, GRP, or CEBS are advantageous, though not mandatory.
