This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and manage the company’s total rewards initiatives, encompassing compensation, benefits, and employee incentive programs.
• Perform salary benchmarking and conduct market analyses to guarantee competitive and fair compensation practices.
• Design and sustain salary structures, pay grades, and compensation policies.
• Direct the annual merit increase and compensation planning activities.
• Manage bonus, incentive, and profit-sharing programs.
• Coordinate employee equity administration, including monitoring and reporting.
• Supervise medical, dental, vision, retirement, life insurance, and other employee benefit offerings.
• Act as the main contact for benefit brokers, carriers, and external vendors.
• Collaborate with Finance on payroll forecasting, compensation budgeting, and workforce planning.
• Create employee communications and educational resources concerning compensation and benefits.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations regarding compensation and employee benefits.
• Prepare necessary reporting, audits, plan documentation, and regulatory submissions.
• Analyze total rewards data and offer recommendations to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
• Work in partnership with Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, and executive leadership on compensation and benefits projects.
• Identify opportunities for process, system, and efficiency improvements within Total Rewards.
• Frequently collaborate across Human Resources, Finance, Payroll, and executive leadership while managing multiple priorities and preserving confidentiality.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in roles such as Total Rewards Analyst, Compensation Analyst, Benefits Analyst, or similar positions.
• Proven experience in administering compensation and employee benefit programs.
• Strong understanding of compensation analysis, salary benchmarking, benefits administration, and best practices in total rewards.
• Familiarity with federal and state regulations pertaining to compensation and employee benefits.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration platforms.
• Familiarity with Rippling is highly advantageous.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Suite products, complemented by strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication abilities with the capacity to convey complex compensation and benefits information to employees and leaders.
• Capability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Certifications such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, or related credentials are a plus.
