This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Norway, +5 more states.
• Oversee the design, governance, and management of executive compensation programs, encompassing base salary, annual incentives, long-term incentives, and retention strategies.
• Collaborate with the CHRO, CFO, and CEO to formulate executive reward strategies that align with business goals, market competitiveness, and shareholder expectations.
• Act as the main HR representative supporting the Remuneration Committee (RemCo), which includes preparing meeting materials, analyses, recommendations, and governance documentation.
• Perform executive compensation benchmarking and provide insights into market trends, investor expectations, and governance updates.
• Assist with annual executive compensation reviews, incentive plan outcomes, and executive employment agreements.
• Ensure adherence to relevant executive compensation regulations, disclosure requirements, and governance standards.
• Lead global compensation and benefits frameworks and governance, including job architecture.
• Support salary benchmarking, pay structures, internal equity assessments, and market competitiveness analysis.
• Manage and facilitate incentive, bonus, and performance-related reward frameworks.
• Oversee and facilitate annual merit processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, HRBPs, and business leaders on workforce economics and planning.
• Ensure compliance with compensation governance and regulatory mandates.
• Own strategies related to employee wellbeing and total rewards.
• 8–12+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, rewards, or workforce strategy roles within a global organizational structure.
• Experience in supporting Board-level discussions on compensation and processes for the Remuneration Committee (RemCo).
• In-depth knowledge of executive compensation design, including both short-term and long-term incentive programs.
• Proficiency in conducting executive compensation benchmarking and market analysis.
• Familiarity with public company compensation governance, disclosure obligations, and shareholder considerations.
• Capability to prepare and present complex compensation analyses and recommendations to senior executives and Board committees.
• Experience with global compensation structures, benefits frameworks, and incentive and performance programs.
• Background as an HRIS subject matter expert supporting compensation, benefits, and rewards processes, reporting, governance, and ongoing system enhancements.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in designing and managing reward strategies in competitive talent markets, such as technology, software, automation, robotics, and engineering.
• 1 hour per week of paid exercise.
