This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the daily operations, security, and performance management of AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Oversee enterprise-level workload scheduling and automation using Tivoli/IBM Workload Scheduler.
• Provision, configure, and sustain AWS resources such as EC2, S3, IAM, and VPCs.
• Operate and provide support for the TWS/IWS platform, including monitoring job streams.
• Ensure dependable execution of daily production workloads.
• Implement least-privilege access controls via AWS IAM.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve incidents related to AWS infrastructure.
• Develop, test, and document backup and disaster recovery procedures.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 4–6 years of experience in IT operations or infrastructure support positions.
• At least 1 year of practical AWS administration experience with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of workload automation principles, including job dependencies, workstations, and job streams.
• Proficient in log analysis and problem diagnosis.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
