Title Curative Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Assess title commitments to identify and resolve issues necessary for issuing a clear title.

• Perform due diligence and fact-finding with clients and consumers to address vesting discrepancies.

• Acquire various documents from clients, consumers, and external third-party entities.

• Communicate effectively and confidently with consumers, clients, attorneys, and all necessary third parties to rectify title defects.

• Independently conduct risk assessments and escalate issues when appropriate.

• Resolve low to mid-level curative issues on your own.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned or as they become apparent.

⛳️ Requirements

• Educational Requirement: High School Diploma or GED.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.

• Capability to work across multiple curative queues.

• Experience in all channels, including Originations, REO, and Purchase.

• Professional communication skills with lender clients and consumers.

• Deliver exceptional client service to both centralized and distributed retail clients.

• Collaborate with other teams to identify process enhancements.

• Prior experience in the real estate industry and/or with a title and closing company is required, with at least two years in a Title Curative or Title Claims position.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
