This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Facilitate team coordination with the Title Advisor by offering expertise and insights into advanced title support options.
• Oversee title production and implement process enhancements, including the utilization of AI.
• Collaborate with global personnel and management.
• Analyze title documents and contracts in line with established policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
• Provide support for title functions related to commercial transactions across various geographic regions.
• Execute title insurance responsibilities, encompassing commitments, pro forma, policies, open orders, sales contract reviews, recording, and post-closing activities.
• Disseminate title knowledge while training and mentoring staff members.
• Guide and instruct global Title Assistants on procedural matters, client expectations, and quality standards.
• Manage intricate multi-site transactions while accommodating diverse client requirements.
• Address complex title inquiries and multi-site commercial transactions as necessary.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and quality.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an escrow/title or curative lender position.
• High School diploma or its equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to maintain professionalism and a positive service mindset consistently.
• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• Effective problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Demonstrates sound judgment.
• Familiarity with company and/or client operating systems.
• Experience as a primary title resource.
• Interest and experience in leveraging AI to enhance title production and processes.
• Experience working collaboratively with global staff and management.
• Comprehensive understanding of title documents and contracts.
• Knowledge of title functions, particularly in relation to commercial transactions.
• Familiarity with title insurance requirements, including commitments, pro forma, policies, open orders, sales contracts, recording, and post-closing tasks.
• Willingness and ability to share title knowledge and mentor or train staff.
• Experience in managing complex multi-site transactions and understanding varied client needs.
