Title Abstractor – California Tax Collector Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Abstracting, compiling, and reviewing documentation from public records.

• Inputting owners, lienholders, and other stakeholders into the title reporting system.

• Establishing your own schedule following comprehensive remote training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in title searching utilizing a geographic title plant.

• Strong comprehension of title practices and procedures (experience with Title Point is a significant advantage).

• Proficient in computer applications, including the complete Microsoft Suite (particularly MS Excel) and online research.

• Familiarity with PDF Studio Pro, Adobe Acrobat, and working in a paperless environment.

• Excellent communication abilities in reading, writing, speaking, and a strong command of the English language.
