This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Produce and share 3–5 TikTok videos weekly on themes related to side hustles, gig work, and remote income.

• Independently script, film, and edit videos that are trend-conscious and aligned with the brand.

• Keep abreast of trending sounds, formats, and challenges to enhance audience reach.

• Interact with comments and foster a community around the NoGigiddy TikTok account.

• Work together with the social and content teams on integrated campaign initiatives.

• Monitor video performance metrics and refine strategies to boost views and followers.

• Adapt high-performing content for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

• No formal degree necessary.

• Demonstrable TikTok presence — whether personal or professional, we want to review your creations.

• Comfortable in front of the camera and adept at writing captivating, engaging hooks.

• Basic video editing capabilities (using tools like CapCut, InShot, or similar).

• Strong understanding of TikTok culture, current trends, and the platform's algorithm.

• Dependable and consistent — content calendars require diligence.

• Bonus: experience in personal finance, gig economy, or career-related content is a plus.
