This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop and upload 3–5 TikTok videos weekly focused on side hustles, gig work, and remote income.

• Independently script, film, and edit videos, ensuring alignment with trends and brand identity.

• Keep updated with trending sounds, formats, and challenges to enhance audience reach.

• Interact with comments and foster a community around the NoGigiddy TikTok account.

• Work together with the social and content teams on campaign integrations.

• Monitor video performance metrics and refine strategies to boost views and follower count.

• Adapt high-performing content for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

• Demonstrated TikTok presence — whether personal or professional, we want to see your creations.

• Comfortable in front of the camera and adept at crafting engaging, punchy hooks.

• Basic video editing capabilities (e.g., CapCut, InShot, or similar tools).

• Strong understanding of TikTok culture, trends, and the platform's algorithm.

• Dependable and consistent — content calendars require commitment.
