This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, shoot, and edit high-quality, platform-specific content for Instagram, TikTok, and emerging social media channels.

• Transform brand campaigns, product priorities, and cultural moments into engaging, social-first narratives.

• Implement the content calendar with prompt, on-brand delivery of materials.

• Capture content in various settings, including in-office, on-location, and at events or shoots as required.

• Produce content that is customized to the distinct behaviors, formats, and expectations of each platform (e.g., differentiating strategies for TikTok versus Instagram).

• Stay up-to-date with trends, audio, creators, and platform developments to guide content creation.

• Discover opportunities for reactive and real-time content that enhances relevance and engagement.

• Continuously experiment and refine content formats based on performance metrics and platform best practices.

• Collaborate closely with the Social Media & Influencer Manager to activate campaigns through content.

• Work with cross-functional teams (Merchandising, Design, Brand Marketing) to align on product priorities and storytelling.

• Organize and sustain content libraries to support both ongoing and future requirements.

• Apply performance insights and engagement trends to enhance and refine creative output.

• Contribute innovative ideas that promote audience growth, engagement, and brand relevance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in design, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in social-first content creation within fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.

• Portfolio demonstrating platform-specific content across Instagram and TikTok (required for application).

• Proficient in content creation and editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).

• Strong understanding of platform behaviors, trends, and content formats.

• Comfort on camera and representing the brand in content is a plus.

• Excellent creative instincts, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional organizational and follow-through abilities.

• Capacity to work independently with minimal direction, demonstrating strong initiative.

• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.

• Ability to establish and maintain good rapport with internal and external stakeholders while handling situations with confidence, tact, and resourcefulness.
