β’ Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems
β’ Conducting installations and updates
β’ Providing assistance to clients with technical inquiries
β’ Offering exceptional technical support and solutions
β’ Promoting customer satisfaction and nurturing client relationships
β’ Prior experience in the IT field
β’ Call center experience is a must
β’ Experience with a Managed Service Provider is preferred
β’ Capability to establish rapport with clients
