This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Significantly invest in expanding your client base through effective marketing strategies, client matching, and a robust referral system.

• Consistently attend and conduct exceptional Meet and Greet sessions, successfully converting these into lasting client relationships.

• Establish a level of trust that encourages clients to return.

• Oversee billing, scheduling, client intake administration, technology, EMR, and back-office operations.

• Lead marketing efforts that highlight your areas of expertise and attract clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Counselling Psychology, with registration as an MSW RSW or RP.

• At least 5 years of experience post-licensure.

• Professional liability insurance is required.

• Access to reliable internet and a secure, private workspace.

• Proficient virtual therapy skills and comfort with telehealth platforms.

• Specialized experience in areas such as trauma, perinatal issues, mood disorders, ADHD, gender-affirming care, and relationships, along with certification in evidence-based practices.

• Proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
