Testing and Inspections Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Overseeing and coordinating customer orders from the initial request to invoicing and payment completion.

• Creating precise quotations and proposals for testing and product certification services.

• Working closely with Intertek global laboratories, external consultants, and internal departments such as Sales & Marketing.

• Engaging in meetings and maintaining direct communication with clients, providing them with expertise, experience, and guidance throughout the entire process.

• Keeping track of regulatory updates, technical standards, and market trends pertinent to the business.

• Compiling monthly forecasts and maintaining detailed records of all ongoing activities.

• Assisting in the complaint resolution process and contributing to problem-solving efforts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Offering continuous operational support to the Testing & Inspections Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree or an equivalent qualification.

• 2–3 years of professional experience in structured, international corporate environments.

• Prior experience in customer-facing roles such as B2B Customer Service, Project Coordination, Service Coordination, Export Sales, or Logistics Operations.

• Proficiency in Polish and a strong command of English (both written and spoken).

• Competent PC skills with knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, and multicultural setting.
