Test Project Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee comprehensive testing strategies for large-scale initiatives

• Organize, coordinate, and manage both functional and non-functional testing efforts

• Ensure adherence to quality management protocols and testing standards

• Oversee testing timelines, resources, and reporting mechanisms

• Validate testing outputs and acceptance criteria

• Collaborate with stakeholders involved in quality assurance processes

• Promote continuous enhancement of testing methodologies

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 12 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance

• Proven track record of leading extensive testing programs

• In-depth understanding of software development and testing lifecycles

• Strong leadership, communication, and reporting capabilities

• Experience in Agile working environments

• Familiarity with test strategy and governance principles

• Proficient in test management tools such as qTest, Xray, and Jira

• Knowledge of Agile testing methodologies

• Experience in both functional and non-functional testing

• Understanding of quality assurance frameworks

• Familiarity with CI/CD testing practices

• Comprehension of automation testing concepts
